There’s no perfect score. Just a little space for you.
Little things, every day

How are you, really?
Choose what feels closest. Everything is optional.
Activity & daily measures
Optional manual logs, like the activity and heart categories in health apps. This website does not read Apple Health or measure your pulse. Limits below are input checks, not health targets.
Body & symptoms Optional
Changes save automatically. You can always come back.
Your home workout.
A few gentle movements. Plenty of room to rest.
Your weekly rotation
- Monday · upper body
- Tuesday · easy movement
- Wednesday · legs
- Thursday · gentle mobility
- Friday · core foundations
- Saturday · easy movement
- Sunday · full rest
This repeats each week. Missed days do not build up: simply follow the next day's plan. The smallest starting level is the default for each new day; increase it only when ready. Workout logs save automatically and can be edited by date.
Keep it comfortable
Use a stable chair without wheels and a solid wall or counter. Move slowly, breathe normally, and stop before you have to strain. You can do fewer repetitions or choose recovery on any day.
This is a general starter routine, not a personalised prescription. If you have an injury, a condition that affects exercise, or are unsure what is safe, check with a clinician before starting. Stop if you develop pain, dizziness or feel unwell. Seek urgent help for chest pain or severe breathlessness.
Inspired by NHS home strength exercises and Mayo Clinic recovery guidance. The low starting doses and weekly arrangement are this app’s conservative adaptation.
Your days, together.
Room for every kind of day.
Each day shows completion % and mood (M: 1–5). A dash means no entry. Tap any day to edit.
The bigger picture.
Curiosity, without judgement.
A gentle observation
Patterns show associations, not causes. Missing days are left out.
Your space, your way.
A gentle nudge
“Quick check-in? Take a minute to log your day.”
One reminder per evening if no habit, mood, exercise or chosen recovery is logged. Offline changes must sync before the server knows you checked in.
Tap Enable to check permissions and register this device. Notification results will appear here.
On iPhone, notifications need iOS 16.4 or later, HTTPS, and a Home Screen installation. In Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen. Open the installed app, sign in, then tap “Enable notifications”. Permission is only requested when you tap.
